Day 10: Moses: Leading Through Challenges | 5th day of Prayer and fasting

 Day 10:

Topic: Leading Through Challenges

Scripture Reading: Exodus 14:10-31; Proverbs 18:10

Meditation:
Moses trusted God to deliver the Israelites at the Red Sea. When the Israelites were trapped between the advancing Egyptian army and the vast Red Sea, Moses demonstrated unshakable trust in God’s power and guidance. His faith inspired a miraculous intervention that not only delivered his people but also glorified God. Leaders must understand that challenges are inevitable, but they should rely on God’s strength and guidance to navigate through them. Trusting in God’s wisdom provides clarity and courage in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How do you respond to challenges that seem impossible?

  2. What steps can you take to build unshakable trust in God’s guidance during tough times?

  3. How can your response to challenges inspire others to trust God?

Prayer Points:

  1. Ask for the grace to trust God fully during challenges.

  2. Pray for divine wisdom and strength to lead others through difficulties.

  3. Declare courage and faith to overcome every obstacle in your leadership journey.
